There are many ways to repair broken drains, but the first thing to do is to identify the cause of your problem. See our drainage surveys page for more information.
After identifying the problem, we can then find the best solution to repair your broken drains.
Sometimes, the only way to access a section of drain is to excavate. This is usually not as alarming as it sounds - have a look at our Drainage Repair story to see an excavation in progress on broken drains we found.
Lining broken drains can be an option. A soft lining, rather like an inner tube, is inserted into the broken drains. A chemical process makes the liner extremely hard. Roots and leaks will be stopped.
Some drainage problems will be covered by your property buildings insurance. We have a specialist insurance agent who can deal with this type claim entirely on your behalf. You don't even have to telephone your insurance company - we'll do that for you.
